Here is one under-developed solution to the GTA’s housing crisis

Despite being the so-called top priority for governments at all levels, housing starts across the country were down seven per cent in 2023 compared to the previous year. In the GTA, things were a little better, but we still only posted a five per cent increase in housing starts — a total of 47,428 units — which is far less than we need.
